That’s another department.” The gal in finance was extremely rude to us and it’s surprising that she works in customer service. Unfortunately a bad experience for us. More

The dealership seemed a little busy, and move through transactions as quick as they can. That's not great but understandable considering the climate. Gotta say thanks to all the staff at Corwin of Bellevue. This was the easiest car buying process we have had yet. I didn’t realize that our financing interest rate was a negotiation. We stated our expectations for financing, to first receive a high rate. After multiple rounds of back and forth, we settled on a fair financing rate, but I didn’t realize this would be part of the process. Overall, the buying experience was easy and Samuel and Corwin Toyota listened to our needs, cared about what we wanted, and helped us through the process. More
