Unprofessional, they wanted me to stop in at 5 pm I told them I had to be somewhere at 7pm. Long story short found a vehicle after 4 advertised vehicles were not found. Made offer they haggled would not get them I had to be somewhere at 7pm. Long story short found a vehicle after 4 advertised vehicles were not found. Made offer they haggled would not get a second key cut tried to force the deal that night knowing I had to leave at 630 I left telling them I would be back in Moro , that night I got a pressure email that if I didn’t complete deal that night it was null and void. Glad I didn’t give into the unprofessional switch and bait high sale pressure/BULLYING tactics of Corwin sales. Remember if it sounds to good to be true it is, also to lose a deal over a second key ( which most cars have 2 keys) , shame on them. I would Not receive this dealership yo anyone and I would encounter people not to be bullied. More
Went here with my husband yesterday and had the worst interaction I've ever had at a dealership. He spoke to me very dismissively as a women and only spoke to my husband. He also kept telling us that the vehicle we were looking into was "too expensive". He never asked us what we did for work, just assumed we couldn't afford it. We could. Took our business to Baxter, will never come back! More
I inquired about a 2022 Camry TRD, via Autotrader. The quoted price was 5K above the MSRP, I told the dealership that was ridiculous and hit the STOP on the text, as per the Autotrader policy. The salesperson Michael then started texting me from another number asking if I was still interested. I told Michael I’ve hit the stop button in accordance to the policy.. “he said to look up Nebraska laws. About that offer?” I asked Michael if he was trying to harass me, he said… That is Edmonds and this chat is not. You put in and inquiry and I am just doing my job. So, would you like to buy the car you requested? I once again asked if he’s trying to harass me, his response… “Just providing the service you requested.” This went on one more time with me informing Michael that I would be seeking action on the harassment. Two thumbs down Michael !!! More
I can recommend this dealership. That’s another department.” The gal in finance was extremely rude to us and it’s surprising that she works in customer service. Unfortunately a bad experience for us. More
The dealership seemed a little busy, and move through transactions as quick as they can. That's not great but understandable considering the climate. Gotta say thanks to all the staff at Corwin of Bellevue. This was the easiest car buying process we have had yet. I want to give a shout out to Jason and K.C. for helping us with the sale of our new vehicle This was the easiest car buying process we have had yet. I want to give a shout out to Jason and K.C. for helping us with the sale of our new vehicle. When one was busy the other stepped in and took over and vice versa, those two dudes were on top of it all the way. We were never left just standing. Also a shout out to Andrew in Finance. He knows his stuff in there and he showed us everything multiple times. We also had a great time just chatting it up with him while the guys in back were getting our vehicle ready to roll. Oh and the building and the atmosphere of the whole dealership is absolutely awesome. We will be going back for all our needs. Thanks all!!! Chad and Alisha T. More
