Came in off the lot and Dylan was outstanding, he helped me find a vehicle with the little credit I had, and was able to work with me, and help me into a nice certified Camry! We bought a 2016 minivan from the used car lot here about 2 1/2 years ago. We also bought the extended warranty that covered 60,000 miles/5 years. They told us there was no deductible if we brought it to t 2 1/2 years ago. We also bought the extended warranty that covered 60,000 miles/5 years. They told us there was no deductible if we brought it to them for warranty work. We took it into the service dept at Corwin for warranty work as the vehicle was misfiring. They told us nothing was wrong, it was maybe bad gas. They suggested changing the spark plugs, in which we did. Ten months later to April 2023 we took it in for the exact same problem. They told us we needed a new engine and now we were outside our warranty. They told us we were 16k miles over our warranty on our van. We asked for them to make it right since we just took it to them 10 months ago for the same issue. They gave us a bill of 11k dollars to put a new engine in. Todd the service manager, said that they did all they could. We took it home and realized that it was only 4k miles over the warranty on the vehicle. We called and spoke with Todd again and he offered no remorse. More

Cordero was a big part of our purchase. He was knowledgable, honest, patient, and understanding of our needs and goals. We arrived at 11:30AM and started working on paperwork shortly after He was knowledgable, honest, patient, and understanding of our needs and goals. We arrived at 11:30AM and started working on paperwork shortly after our test drive. We also purchased the additional Undercoat Protection while working with Coredero around 12:30. From that point on we waited 2+ hours for a Finance Representative. We were finally set up with Finance Representative, Robert Boone. After working with Robert for another 2+ hours we finally were able to wrap things up and leave. It was with Robert that things fell apart in a big way. His personality changed to down right rude when we declined the extra warranty/coverage he nearly demanded we purchase for a variety of his personal reasons. He was very pushy and would not let it drop. My husband said, NO, four times. At that point, Robert got real quiet, real quick. He also held onto our paperwork in case we changed our minds about the coverage within the next 5 days. There are so many other things that followed with Robert that I contemplated going to the manager in charge of his feedback.I have saved all email correspondence which shows how unprofessional and caring he continued to be. Another kudos goes out to Jeff in the service dept. He went above and beyond giving me great service when I brought my Santa Fe in for the undercoating and replacement of the window trim. One last thought and maybe it was our mistake but when we remembered that we had not taken off the patriotic/Life is Good wheel cover on the Jeep we traded in we immediately contacted Cordero and asked him to grab that for us as we would like to have it. He said he would get it. It was more of a sentiment since it was given to us 2 years prior from my mother before she passed. It was her reminder to us to always love God and Country and life. Cordero said he would grab it and have it ready when I came back to get the undercoat applied. When I arrived and asked Cordero for it he went back to the dept. where they had started detailing it only to find out it was ripped so they threw it away, Just be prepared and beware of Robert Boone. Drew went out of his way to try to find a solution after we had bought a vehicle from Corwin which was in the shop constantly for several months right after we bought it. $6,000 MARKUP AVOID. I was looking for a new 4Runner and when I asked about potential markup, all Zach Horn stated was the "price will depend on the deal itself." When co I was looking for a new 4Runner and when I asked about potential markup, all Zach Horn stated was the "price will depend on the deal itself." When coming in for the appointment, they revealed the $6,000 markup and a $500 Pulse brake light that couldn't even be removed from the price even though the car was still in transit. When his manager came over and I stated I will not pay more than $2,000 in markup he just got up, didn't shake my hand, and left. Extremely unprofessional and immediately afterwards I went to Baxter Toyota of La Vista. I have since found a 2023 Tacoma TRD Pro with ZERO markup and was shocked at how different the buying process was. More
