We had okay service, besides attempted to be ripped off with a terrible interest rate and price on an extended warranty. The real problems came when we decided to cancel the extended warranty, the scare ta with a terrible interest rate and price on an extended warranty. The real problems came when we decided to cancel the extended warranty, the scare tactics were unethical as well as getting anything done to cancel was ridiculous. My husband cancelled and let Robert know and somehow it took a week for him to get a piece of paper to another coworker so that our cancellation would be processed in 30 days like he originally said. After 5 weeks had passed, no one in finance returned a call for over 24 hours, we got transferred to the “general manager” who didn’t answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail for, my husband had to physically drive to the location to accomplish anything. Robert finally called 2 days later and left a voicemail to “ease our concerns” that did no such thing. Never would work with corwin again and happily refinancing to make sure they don’t get another penny, and happily notifying every person I know to not use corwin. I’ll happily take my 2 years worth of oil changes to any other dealership than this one. More

STAY AWAY FROM CORWIN. THERES OTHER TOYOTA OPTIONS IN OMAHA. Bought a pro and paid msrp at 75k. When inspecting the vehicle for defects nothing was found. It was spotless. The dealer detailed it before I brought it home and two decent size scratches appeared. It was agreed that they would be fixed. Corwin sent it to be taken care of and when I got it back it looked good. Brought my truck to the wash and the scratches showed back up. Corwin took the cheapest route and tried to hide the scratches instead of fixing them. Called back and they said they can’t do anything about it. I’ve had to open a claim with Toyota. I don’t want to wright a book but it’s been one issue after another when dealing with Corwin. After they got my money the managers where extremely rude when trying to get what I PAID FOR. It’s known that a lot of dealers are full of fake salesmen but Corwin is the worst I’ve dealt with. TRUST ME and check out Baxter and village point first. More
I would like to rate Dylan 5/5 who was a good salesperson who had done a great job but had a tough time with Francis and Kevin. I bought a RAV 4 2024 Limited which was there as a stock. It was a good time spent with Dylan as a good sales representative but had a super frustrating Francis =Borts supervisor who doesn't know how to behave with a customer waiting for his time. He should be trained well in dealing with the customer. I would rate Francis as 1/5. I had a tough time getting student credit $500 during financing with Toyota, which was ultimately resolved by spending 1 day. Kevin was good on the first day of purchasing the vehicle but was rude when I declined the additional protective plan saying I didn't need it because I had a tough time getting $500 student credit and spent a day calling 5 different places with no straightforward solution. More

We drove to Bellevue (3 hr round trip) specifically to purchase a Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition, arriving at 5 pm. The sales person we had communicated by text with was there and fairly good at her job and b purchase a Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition, arriving at 5 pm. The sales person we had communicated by text with was there and fairly good at her job and by 5:30 we had agreed on terms for the trade/purchase and were told it would take about an hour to get through financing. After being told many times that we were "next in line" it took three hours before the finance person came to tell us to 'follow him'. Then he led us 'slowly' to his office, he opened the door to his office and said 'wait here', to which we were wondering WHY more WAITING? We asked him where he was going, and he snapped back that he had to get our title and then came back to his office a couple minutes later to be huffy and gruff with us. By the time we left his office he had been rude and berating to us repeatedly. I would never want to even talk with him in any setting and would certainly never want to work with him with regard to financing. By the way... I was able to get financing with my phone using a credit card app in about 5 minutes after leaving the dealership, there is no way this needed to take three hours to secure. Had we known this was going to be such a glitch we would have gotten financing elsewhere before heading to Corwin. Then, we were told they couldn't get our plates off the trade in since the service department was no longer at work. That's fine, they would mail/fedex them to us the next day when they went over the trade in before it was placed for sale. A week later I could see our trade in listed in their used cars, however we were not sent our plates. Later found out from our sales person that due to a misunderstanding they threw away one of our plates but she still had one to return to us. WHY WOULD A SERVICE DEPT THROW AWAY A PLATE WITH VALID TAGS?? Those might have been needed to place on a new vehicle. That was just stupid. We will never do business with them again and will sway others away as well. More
We brought a vehicle from this company and still haven’t received the title for it. Paid for the vehicle in full. They can’t tell us where or when we will receive the title!
