Not sure what had happened to this dealership’s service department; they used to be great and lately they have become a disaster. Work doesn’t get done correctly the first time, they have kept my vehicle w department; they used to be great and lately they have become a disaster. Work doesn’t get done correctly the first time, they have kept my vehicle way past the promised return date with little or no communication, and they lie to cover doing a poor job. Shuttle service is good. I have used it a lot since I have to keep bringing the car back to get the work done correctly. More
