Overall I had a fairly good experience at Corwin with a few minor issues. I was promised a out the door price at 5:30 PM on the 30th of April from Sales Manager John? which was inflated when presented th few minor issues. That was partially refunded when I complained and received a refund check 28 days later. I had also requested an opportunity to pay cash for the vehicle but was not allowed to which caused me to incur a additional interest charge which I felt was unnecessary. I commend Sammy Wetzel for her help throughout the process and gladly give her 5 stars and would give her more if allowed. We live 50 miles away and elected to pick up the New RAV4 Hybrid the next day. Sammy was off that day but volunteered to come in and show us all of the features which we greatly appreciated. More

Things were great during the purchase, not so great afterwards. They made multiple errors on the purchase agreement and it required them sending us new paperwork twice BEFORE I tried to license my veh afterwards. Then we found a THIRD ERROR that prevented me from getting my vehicle titled and licensed. Then, Ms. McCrossin, was annoyed because "the information should have migrated over". It didn't and that is why I called. The faxed form was still incorrect so it took Corwin FOUR times to correct the mistake. I spent three hours at DMV to get it fixed. AND, it they charge you for the PULSE system, make sure it was installed. They charged me $395.00 and never installed it. I'm waiting to receive the check for reimbursement of the system and sales tax paid. FYI - The Sales Rep. is the one that went to bat to help me get the paperwork corrected. Thanks, Madison. I appreciate your assistance. I should also mention that when they were unloading my vehicle off the transport, they damaged the bumper and it took an extra week to get my vehicle because it had to have the bumper replaced. More
