Told me the car was Mine and Took My money It will not let me give them zero stars. They said that I had a car, they took $1000 deposit from me to hold the car and when I tell my fiance we got It will not let me give them zero stars. They still have my $1000 I'm hoping I get it back because they said it was refundable. Will never do business with them ever again. They are the people who give car business a bad name. Beware I feel so swindled. They assured me it would be easy and they go and do something unethical like this, almost make me not even want to buy a Toyota and we have driven them forever! More
Horrible experience. Liars who don't care about customers. We bought a car from here a month ago, we traded in our car while they were having a 2k extra of kelly blue book value, which they did not honor. Then finally after we got the car worked out we decided to register it in my state of residence since I am active duty military and we will be moving soon. They said they could do it, and if our temporary tag got close to expiring to ask and they would give us an extended one for a few weeks. Today we went in since our tag expires Tuesday and they said there is absolutely nothing they could do about it. They also hadn't sent out our title information to my mother so she could handle the stuff in Oregon yet because they wanted a signature for a paper they could have had me signed while we were buying the car but they are incompetent so didn't and were holding our papers until they got that, which they just notified us they needed on Wednesday. They also messed up the price and called us 2 weeks after we'd bought the car telling us that they had misestimated the price and still owed them $63, which we paid. However it seemed rather strange and very unprofessional. Do not buy a car here. Also, the car started stalling as soon as we put gas in it. No wonder the tank had been so low when we test drove it. More

Very smooth purchase I worked with Casey, whom I found through an internet inquiry; I was looking for the best possible deal which would bring me from across the river ove I worked with Casey, whom I found through an internet inquiry; I was looking for the best possible deal which would bring me from across the river over to an Omaha dealer-- I found the best deal with Casey. But it was actually the buying experience (dare I say) that shocked me the most: Casey was through, honest, and very caring. I would have written the same review before I actually had an issue with the Highlander-- which had a damaged windshield, we believe, in the shipping process. Casey worked with us after the sale to resolve the issue. Our experience was excellent from start to finish - and after purchase. You can't say that often- and I am a stickler for details - but I can say it without hesitation here! When we buy a Toyota again - if Casey is still around - we will give him the first look!! More

Not Good A friend and I were looking for a new car for her. I've bought from Toyota before, (even lease my car through the Baxter dealership). We had a horrible experience at the Corwin location, with a salesman named Guy Ridpath! In the beginning everything was great and our sales guy was super nice We actually enjoyed talking to him. He showed us a few cars that my friend really liked. It wasn't until we were test driving one of the cars that I realized he kept telling us about his past modeling, past jobs, and how amazing at sales he is; never talking once about the car... I ignored it not really caring much. We got back to the dealership and went over numbers, which did not match with what my friend was hoping. He then had my friend sign a paper STATING it was her permission that he could just go over numbers with us. Trusting him, she signed. When we couldn't make a deal on that car, he came back and said he'd found a pre-owned in her budget. We took it for a test drive, heard more about how amazing he is at sales, and proceeded to see what numbers would look like; still ignoring how much "me" he could say. We looked at numbers and they worked! But, my friends still wanted to talk with her boyfriend and my fiancé to make sure it was a good deal. (We actually told him this before we sat down; stating we may not make a deal today, even if numbers are spot on. (We still needed to talk with my fiancé and her boyfriend.) We told him this again and then he said "you're changing your story on me now, I thought we had a deal?" This is when I just listened, and let her explain all over again. He finally grabbed his manager (who also was rude). His manager said she'd signed that paper earlier saying "if numbers were right we had a deal," where NO ONE said that to us at all! This is when I said we were leaving. "If we want the car we will come back, if we don't we won't. That's the end." They still sat us up for an 8 am appointment, which we obviously never showed. Now that's not even the end. 5 days later, Guy, is still messaging my friend calling her a weird nickname, he made up, and being creepy. I will never go back to Corwin Toyota and do not recommend them AT ALL! Guy is a horrible salesman and so is his manager. I would like to say my friend leased a beautiful car from Beardmoore Subaru and their service was beyond excellent! DO NOT GO TO CORWIN UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING HARRASSED! By the way I would not give anything even a one star but I have to to make it valid. More
