I was greeted by technician Antonio, he was very polite and gave me a series of useful information about my car maintenance. I chose to wait for the car at Corwin's facilities, very comfortable with snakes and gave me a series of useful information about my car maintenance. Customer service at Corwin is lacking at BEST. Cordero was my salesman. I found a bag of parts in the glovebox when I went to pickup my new vehicle. Cordero told me the parts were "extra". I was told I would have to pay $35 to patch the tire (even though I bought the vehicle there AND I purchased the tire and road hazard warranty). I took the vehicle back there anyway because I was still concerned about those "extra" parts. They repaired the tire and confirmed the parts were NOT EXTRA- the parts are necessary to prevent rust damage to the undercarriage of my vehicle. I understand salesmen might not know about cars, but instead of confidently telling me they were "extra" he should have checked with someone. It's actually good that I had to go back because my brand new vehicle would have rusted more quickly without the parts installed. The finance manager (Robert) that completed my transaction the day of vehicle delivery told me I owed an additional $300 on top of the already agreed (and paid) price. He told me it was for window tinting the front windows. I never requested window tint. After going back & forth he said they would waive it. It turned out THERE WAS NO WINDOW TINT ON THE FRONT WINDOWS. So I guess he was just trying to get me to pay more. I spoke with a manager (Jon Wellman) and he looked at the transaction- said it was a mistake. I advise people to NOT add anything to a deal with them- they cannot keep the add ons straight (tint/floormats/undercoating/ect). SIX MONTHS AFTER my flat- I received a check in the mail with no explanation. I waited a week for a call back aftet leaving a voicemail to find out what the check was for- turns out they have canceled my tire/road hazard warranty I purchased. I never requested a cancelation or signed anything saying I wanted to cancel. IF I had canceled, I wouldn't want to wait SIX MONTHS to get my money back. Toyotas are still quality vehicles, but the customer service at this dealership is HORRIBLE. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. This isn't even all of it. They need a team to come in and do customer service training. More

Issues such as not knowing/including my $500 down-payment in the paperwork, running financing through a different bank at almost 2 pts higher APR (had to correct), the promised tire rotation & filter replacement were not noted/communicated prior to our arrival, there was a Jeep Wrangler manual in the Mazda I bought, no one mentioned that there weren't floor mats so had to buy a set for $100 afterwards and 1 tire has a leak that should have been fixed & filled prior to us driving it home hours away. We are glad that we caught most of the problems while we were there, though not all. More
