The salesman took very good care of me through out the entire process. He was one of the first salesman that did not pressure me either! If you are looking for a good salesman go to Jarrod! he was awesome and so was the rest management! More
Honest salesman I was helping my daughter search for a car and had been to a couple different places, and ended at Corwin where I was greeted by Casey Sautter. He is professional, sincere, and was very patient with us. My daughter didn't end up with the first car she initially liked but instead, found one more suitable for her lifestyle, and very affordable. Thanks to Casey, we would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More

I was in and out and driving my new camry with in 2hrs. No longer. I recommend everyone check this team out. Very professional, polite, and coucourteous!!! More
A bad experience Went to this dealer to check out a used car. Previous to this I have visited several other dealers, both for myself and with family/friends. First i Went to this dealer to check out a used car. Previous to this I have visited several other dealers, both for myself and with family/friends. First impression the place seemed nice and the staff was nice. The car I looked at had a couple serious cosmetic issues, and the price was really not competitive for the age, condition, and mileage (could do much better with quality and price at CarMax), but I still liked the styling and the fact that it was a Toyota dealership so I gave it a test drive and was actually feeling good about buying. But God forbid you say you need time to think it over, even just one night to sleep on it. Having never purchased a car of my own and still having a working vehicle, and not eager to drop a third of my savings without careful consideration, I needed time to think it over. As soon as I made it clear I did not want to leave the lot with the car that night, the salesperson's claws came out. Would not stop asking me why I would not take the car that night, and after multiple repeated "no, not tonight" the salesperson went inside and got backup. Believe it or not, the backup salesman was even worse. Belittled my caution ("what's going to change in a night?") and was very condescending and disrespectful to me despite me making it clear my mind was made up. Overall, both were very predatory and aggressive, and if they are a reflection of the average salesman there, then that is not a good thing. I can't even begin to imagine what the treatment would've been like if I had gone alone - even so, my salesperson continually addressed the person I brought with me instead of me, the one who was actually going to buy. I'm aware they get commissions and they want to make a sale, and I do expect a bit of push from car salesmen - I have experienced that before. But none have compared to this. The other dealers respected me and my decisions, not bullying or badgering me or turning mean when it looked like they won't immediately get their hands on your money - have not met the stereotypical car salesman until now. Antagonizing someone who you want to give you over $15k is not okay. No means no. I was actually super interested in buying the car and would've bought it after taking a bit of time to be sure, but the treatment I received has completely turned me off and I will not be going back. They have no business standards, they are deceitful, treat their clients without integrity and once they have achieved their goal through you, you cannot reach them, they don’t reply your emails or return your calls and when they do they don’t even apologize. I bought a certified Toyota highlander from them in February of 2016. After purchasing it I noticed that the tires looked worn out. Toyotas certification outlines that the tires have to have a tread of 5/32 remaining. I took the car to 3 different auto zones and all rated the tires with at least 1 or 2 tires less than 5/32. I went back to Corwin Toyota with the hard copy of ratings, I had to wait for around 30minutes before I was able to talk to the service staff. The person I spoke to stated that the car must have passed the inspection and that different people measure the tread differently which was evident to me that they measured the tread to favor themselves during the inspection. Buying the highlander from Corwin was a big mistake. 2 weeks after I bought the highlander I cancelled the GAP insurance. I was told that the refund would go to my bank in 4-6 weeks. It has been 12weeks I haven’t seen any refund in my bank and I haven’t heard from Corwin regarding the status of the refund. Emails are not returned nor have they called me back. Right after purchasing the car I called Pat Kittle over 6 times, the receptionist stated that he would call back but I have never heard from him to date. I requested his email but the receptionist stated that she did not know his email. Do not purchase a car from Corwin, they r deceitful and if you like bargaining like me they will discriminate you and treat you as a low class citizen. At least that is how I have felt. The manager when I was in the process of buying stated that they don’t go down with their prices because they are reasonably priced but I have heard many people who got better deals from Village point Toyota. I was a strong believer of Toyota but next time I will go to Honda. More
Very happy with my new Toyota purchase from Corwin I recently purchased a new Prius from Corwin and must say, that my wife & I were pleasantly surprised by the entire process. We had an idea of what w I recently purchased a new Prius from Corwin and must say, that my wife & I were pleasantly surprised by the entire process. We had an idea of what we wanted to buy and hoped that the salesperson we dealt with could help fill in all our blanks with the details. The sales guy that we had was courteous, knowledgeable and very personable. I realize that his job was to aid us in departing with our money for their product, but there was absolutely no pressure to do so and it actually was a fun experience. It took some time to test drive and look at a few models (we were there half the day) but we finally decided and then they got down to figuring a price. To make a long story short, they wanted to sell us a car, and we wanted to buy one….. so we now own a new Prius Four hybrid. This is the first new car I have ever gotten that I did not have at least some buyer’s remorse, & my wife & I remain quite satisfied. We still have our last ten-year-old Toyota and as we never have had any maintenance issues, I expect the same with this new one. Corwin tries to promote a family-style atmosphere and I saw this reflected in their people. I imagine that we will be looking for another replacement vehicle in the next year or two, and expect it to again come from Corwin. The entire process for us was easy and I felt like we got a fair deal, and for this reason I can highly recommend this dealership. By the way, if you want to use the same sales rep that we had, his name is Dutch; and you couldn’t find a nicer guy. Chip & Janell J. in Auburn NE More
