I called Corwin to find out if Roadside Assistance applies with my 2017 Prius. I was put on hold and passed around to 3 different people, all supposedly customer experience trained only to be told they had to 'google' the roadside assistance contact number and I would have to call such myself. No quick solution, knowledge of important - useful information and no identifable 'care' in helping with my request. And even though it's Toyota Roadside Assistance, Corwin will not or cannot tranfer a customer straightaway. More
