The initial contact was great. Sales person was polite and attentive, making the negotiation painless.The intended vehicle purchase was a used luxury car. This all ended up being disappointing, Waited a full week after agreeing upon a sale price for dealership to obtain it. This key and fob could only be obtained through a dealer, and can cost a consumer very dearly if the singles key and fob quits working. The sales person was even given this information.Instead of obtaining a key or telling me they couldn’t follow through the agreement, selling the vehicle to another customer. I had to find this out as I searched the internet sales and found the vehicle no longer listed. This dealership claimed cost of a second key was too high not being able to make it work for their profit margin. This is understandable but don’t sell or advertise a luxury vehicle over book value unless you have all the required keys to operate the vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend buying at this dealership if this is how they do business More

Bought a car here in the beginning of May, now transmission is slipping. Not only that but 2 weeks ago we had to make a $500 repair, the dealership won’t do a thing about it. We just made a big mistake, it was a bad car disguised as a good one. Save your money and go to a better dealership, preferably one that cares about your safety. More

Alex has the best customer service. Great to work with on finding a used or new car. He is straight up honest if he car get you in a car or not. The service department needs work.
