They were harder to budge when negotiating used cars because they base the price off of online resources like Kelly Blue Book, though they pick the highest price in the range. The staff overall were nice and willing to help, but they still want to make money like any other dealership. So I would recommend doing your research, listening to other’s advice (like a family member or friend with a lot of experience), sticking to your budget, and walking away if the price is too high. Overall, a positive experience. I walked away with a reliable car at a reasonable price. More

Very Good! I started working with Kyle Ruhr via email, but Mark Davis took over when I got to the dealership, and I wish I was able to continue with Kyle the ent I started working with Kyle Ruhr via email, but Mark Davis took over when I got to the dealership, and I wish I was able to continue with Kyle the entire way. Kyle was extremely helpful in several ways, answered my questions honestly, and continued to help me figure out certain details (ex. transportation to dealership to pick up the car). He replied to his emails quickly, and I felt he listened to my questions and concerns. Mark Davis was not easy to work with. He had a very "salesman" personality, adding alot of "fluff" when he was talking to me (and my dad over the phone.) In fact, while I was there, he was actively looking at other customers who were walking in as if he was missing out on other potential buyers, and even was talking to other co-workers right in front of me about them letting him get a cut of another deal! When I would ask a question he would brush it off as if it wasn't a big deal and instead kept pushing the sale. He took a very long time to gather information/paperwork for me, and was walking around the building watching the tv, and loosing my paperwork. After the sale was made, Mark did not even pretend to care about me or try to help me out. Kyle continued to offer help. If I could do this all over again, I would work with Kyle the entire time. More
