I knew what I was paying when I drove to Bellevue to get the Sienna. William was awesome to work with and made everything very easy. Kevin, the finance guy was also easy to work with. The facility is very nice. I had a great experience here opposed to Toyota of Des Moines. I would drive to Bellevue to give them my business again. I highly recommend this dealer. And I love my Sienna! More

After “out the door” amount was agreed-in writing-$300 was tried to be added on for data dots/security. That’s unacceptable and epitome of bait and switch. Reason for 3 stars. If DJ leaves here, unless this gets addressed, I’ll follow him and buy different model. Got a ‘16 Camy and a decent deL, but its 9 hours of my life I won’t get back. More
