Fast. Friendly. Efficient When i went to get a car, I had a choice, but the choice of car and plan I had, was not necessarily what I explained to have needed. Mr. Jackson helped me to find the car that was more towards my interest, in terms of explanation, and he helped me find a plan that worked for me. In General, the whole Corwin Toyota was helpful, and they took care of everything in regards to paperwork, and I just had to sign where it was needed. I would also add they helped me to find cheaper insurance coverage, with more coverage. I can honestly say, I walked out of there knowing that I made a good business deal, and the deal was with the right people. More

I thought Christopher Moore did an excellent Job. He worked very efficiently to help me find the best car that fits my budget and Chris is very helpful from the minute I walked into the Corwin toyota. He worked very efficiently to help me find the best car that fits my budget and provided me detail instruction of the features in the car while test driving. The price was slightly out of range but he was able to find me another one that fits my need and within our budget. It did take a few days longer than usual to get the car but it's OK. More

Terrible communication and customer service Terrible communication and customer service, Jared Hanson and I spoke several times by text message, and email today , the last email he sent was at 4 Terrible communication and customer service, Jared Hanson and I spoke several times by text message, and email today , the last email he sent was at 4:15 pm today. I drove to the dealership from Fremont to look at a vehicle I was interested in . I spoke with Jared and made an appointment with Him on Wednesday April 18th to come look at the vehicle , he told me the car was going to go through service on Thursday April 19th since it was a used vehicle and it will be ready to see on Friday April 20th. So I made an appointment to meet with him at 5:30 on Friday . When I arrived at the Dealership the receptionist at the front desk was on her cell phone not looking up at all , I said hello after a few minutes of awkwardly waiting for her to look up. She paged Jared up to the desk to meet with me. When Jared and I walked back to his desk, he gets on his computer to pull up the vehicle I wanted to look at and said " oh I need to go talk to my manager , I will be right back " He came back and tells me sometimes the online vehicles are not updated and the vehicle I wanted to look at sold this morning. At this point I'm seriously annoyed and upset. That I drove all that way for nothing. It was an Hour and half drive one way with rush hour traffic. A good salesman would have checked to make sure the the vehicle was still in inventory after speaking with me and sending me a little more information on it at 4:15pm this afternoon. A phone call would have been nice saying they sold it even though I had an appointment to see it this afternoon, so I didn't waste my time. Awful customer service all around, from when I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. More
