Purchase of a '19 Tacoma SR5 I went into Corwin just wanting to look at a Tacoma but not wanting to purchase one. With the help of Martha Colburn I checked out a few Tacomas but I I went into Corwin just wanting to look at a Tacoma but not wanting to purchase one. With the help of Martha Colburn I checked out a few Tacomas but I liked one in particular. I got my used '17 Corolla valued there and a ball park figure for monthly payments on a Tacoma just to see some numbers. While respecting my wish to not purchase a vehicle that day they politely negotiated their offer for my Corolla and the Tacoma I was interested in, in my favor until I was happy enough with the results to purchase the truck. The entire process from test driving the truck to filling out the paperwork was painless. My truck was customized at Corwin and i spoke with everyone involved in the process to answer every question and the parts manager even offer me discounts on additional accessories for my truck. Martha was very helpful during the entire process and if she didn't know something I had a question about she didn't hesitate to find someone with an answer. Jim and Alex made us feel welcome and relaxed every step of the way, and at no time did they engage in the stereotypical high-pressure sales tactics that give car sales a bad name. Jim and checked in with us, but gave us the time and space to make our decision even though it was at the end of the month, when I am sure they are under pressure to meet goals. In fact, it was their approach that eventually helped us make the decision. Their competitor misrepresented their position late in negotiations, so we went with the people that we trusted.
