Rob and Carlos were great to work with and did not pressure us to buy a car we weren't sold on. They did their best to find something for us, but were understanding of the fact that it just wouldn't work. They were friendly and easy to talk to, and also very educated on their vehicles. I called Corwin to find out if Roadside Assistance applies with my 2017 Prius. I was put on hold and passed around to 3 different people, all supposedly customer experience trained only to be told they had to 'google' the roadside assistance contact number and I would have to call such myself. No quick solution, knowledge of important - useful information and no identifable 'care' in helping with my request. And even though it's Toyota Roadside Assistance, Corwin will not or cannot tranfer a customer straightaway. More
