Good first experience. This was my first experience buying a car at a dealership. I fell in love with the 2015 Toyota RAV4 Limited: certified, pre-owned, 10,000 miles. They This was my first experience buying a car at a dealership. I fell in love with the 2015 Toyota RAV4 Limited: certified, pre-owned, 10,000 miles. They were harder to budge when negotiating used cars because they base the price off of online resources like Kelly Blue Book, though they pick the highest price in the range. The staff overall were nice and willing to help, but they still want to make money like any other dealership. So I would recommend doing your research, listening to other’s advice (like a family member or friend with a lot of experience), sticking to your budget, and walking away if the price is too high. Overall, a positive experience. I walked away with a reliable car at a reasonable price. More

Once we were ready to go, Jared was attentive to our every need and educated us beyond what we had researched regarding Toyota. When we mentioned we liked the Camry but would have liked it with the panoramic sunroof, he located one and had it delivered within 48 Hours prior to us leaving on vacation.
