In General, the whole Corwin Toyota was helpful, and they took care of everything in regards to paperwork, and I just had to sign where it was needed. I would also add they helped me to find cheaper insurance coverage, with more coverage. I can honestly say, I walked out of there knowing that I made a good business deal, and the deal was with the right people. More

I drove to the dealership from Fremont to look at a vehicle I was interested in . I spoke with Jared and made an appointment with Him on Wednesday April 18th to come look at the vehicle , he told me the car was going to go through service on Thursday April 19th since it was a used vehicle and it will be ready to see on Friday April 20th. So I made an appointment to meet with him at 5:30 on Friday . When I arrived at the Dealership the receptionist at the front desk was on her cell phone not looking up at all , I said hello after a few minutes of awkwardly waiting for her to look up. She paged Jared up to the desk to meet with me. When Jared and I walked back to his desk, he gets on his computer to pull up the vehicle I wanted to look at and said " oh I need to go talk to my manager , I will be right back " He came back and tells me sometimes the online vehicles are not updated and the vehicle I wanted to look at sold this morning. At this point I'm seriously annoyed and upset. That I drove all that way for nothing. It was an Hour and half drive one way with rush hour traffic. A good salesman would have checked to make sure the the vehicle was still in inventory after speaking with me and sending me a little more information on it at 4:15pm this afternoon. A phone call would have been nice saying they sold it even though I had an appointment to see it this afternoon, so I didn't waste my time. Awful customer service all around, from when I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. More

Last minute Service I called about 2 hours before closing for the service area and they fit me in with no problem.
