Extremely Disappointed with Service at Corwin Toyota I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Corwin Toyota was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. I came in last Saturday for rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Corwin Toyota was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. I came in last Saturday for a routine oil change and decided to purchase new tires. I specifically requested Michelin tires—the same brand I previously had. After waiting three hours, I was told my service was complete. However, as soon as I got on the interstate, my car began shaking violently. I immediately returned to the dealership and reported the issue. I waited another hour with no update until I asked what was happening. I was told my car was being test-driven. Eventually, Destiny informed me the issue was resolved and invited me on a test drive. Unfortunately, the shaking persisted. She told me there was nothing more she could do and sent me home with the same faulty tires, promising to call me Monday. When I got home, my husband noticed that Bridgestone tires had been installed—not the Michelins I requested. I messaged the dealership to point this out but received no response. I couldn’t use my car for the rest of the weekend. On Monday, I went to Corwin in person. They arranged an Uber to get me to work and back, and informed me the correct tires wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. I was placed in a loaner vehicle. Tuesday came and went with minimal communication. I finally received a vague message late in the afternoon saying the tires had arrived and they were trying to free up a technician. Hours later, I was told the tires still hadn’t been installed. It’s now Wednesday. I’ve received no update. I’m still without my vehicle. I paid for these tires on Saturday and also purchased a maintenance package—which I now regret and will be requesting a refund for. This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. I will not be returning to Corwin Toyota and cannot recommend their service to anyone. More
