This man stated he was the owner of this company and clearly is not. He is refusing to cover the labor on my daughters turbo that was replaced under manufacture warranty. He even suggested my daughter pay him the core charge when she takes her car and the part to someone else. Then after she pays someone else to install her warranty replacement part they are to give her the one they take out so she can return it and be given the core charge back. I personally own a construction company, if I had just given you a new bathroom and you paid for it then ended up with a faulty faucet through no fault of mine, I would never make you come to my office and pay me a core charge to ensure you bring back your faulty faucet then hand you a new faucet and tell you to pay someone else to install it. This is absolutely ridiculous! A part replacement under the manufacturer warranty should not cast my daughter anything. More
