Adam was very professional and friendly checking me in and giving me an estimate of how long the wait would be for the completion of the oil charge. He also tried to clear the 'maintenance required' notification on the dashboard, and had a technician try to reset the message. The reset was unsuccessful, and really appreciated Adam going the extra mile. More
