Great service, terrible in-store experience. The wifi is CONSTANTLY down and the in-store customer team could care less. Additionally, their scheduling team needs help - I scheduled an appointment to wait and the scheduler put it in as a drop off. This created a lot of frustration and interrupted my working day. More

Took my 21 Highlander in for strut replacement. When dropping it off they said they could complete it same day. It is a 3-4 hr job other places including alignment. After about 3 hrs Adam said they could not do it same day and would need it overnight. My schedule is was tight that day and that would not work. I told him I needed my car back as I couldn't work around the inconvenience. I had to pay $100 for "diagnostic" which is nothing more than looking at the strut and seeing the leaking oil. I took the car elsewhere and got it done in much less time. The $100 charge was totally unnecessary, and because of that I will not go back to Corwin for any work unless absolutely necessary. More
