Shawna Freeman is excellent! ! Kudos to Shawna!! However, some in service are not so careful with the vehicle. A major dent on my back bumper which was not there when I drove i ! Kudos to Shawna!! I paid for new tires, but they forgot to put the caps back on the valves--granted a small detail. I should look under the hood to see if all is well there!!! I bought a new battery--I hope all is well! More
