Very pleased on my first two visits. Felt Paul Reed did everything possible to insure that my car repairs were well taken care of. Results so far have been excellent. Tommy said he would have washed it if the temp would have agreed. Looked like it was ab out to snow! It was a recall, so there wasn't any cost involved. Good place to relax while waiting for the work to be agreed. Looked like it was ab out to snow! It was a recall, so there wasn't any cost involved. I am usually pretty happy with this Toyota dealership, but I have noticed the last two times I have been in for my "Toyota Care" that they really don't do anything. I have a little over 15k mile on my tru but I have noticed the last two times I have been in for my "Toyota Care" that they really don't do anything. I have a little over 15k mile on my truck of mixed driving. Everything from city driving to 4 wheel off-roading. I had to replace my cabin filter before this visit because it was black and needed it, so I did that myself. The air filter has been mentioned to the service tech both these last two times I have been in, letting them know it is still the original with the truck. It does need to be replaced, and it looks like that is one I will have to do again myself, as they did not replace that on the last visit either. They did however replace my new cabin filter that I installed with another one of theirs though, so woohoo on that (not really). I was told that the fluids would be topped off at this service appointment, but that did not happen either. They said they did an oil change, and I have not gone under the truck to see if it truly is a new filter or not, so I guess I'll check that in a day or two as I am quite busy right now. So all of this hype, and commercials about how your new Toyota comes with 2 years of free service, doesn't really amount to much in all honesty. I have a feeling that once the "free 2 years" is up, I will be taking my Toyota somewhere else where I can actually see them do the work they say they are going to do. I have lost trust in Toyota over this experience, which is a shame considering I still own a 1994 extra-cab pick up that only has 132k original miles on it. I was planning to have a lot of the original seals and such replaced with genuine Toyota, but I think I'll have to research other places for that? As I want to make sure that what should be done, will actually be done. More
