Gary is on the ball, respectful, good under pressure and will get things done. He will tell you, "I am not here that day". He respects himself. When he is here, he is 101%. Shawna is the greatest service manager I have worked with. However, I want to go beyond just a service manager of vehicles. Shawna as a person. I received news the day of my service that I have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Life expectancy of 3 to 5 years. I was destroyed but then I went to Toyota to get my vehicle serviced. She greeted me with that smile of hers and all my fears all my devastation subsided at that moment. She treats customers not as 1022 or 918 or even 26. She treats customers as Sean, Valerie, Tracy, Matthew. She treats them as people. Not only does she take care of your car and making sure it is well cared for and up to the highest safety standards but she treats you in the process without even knowing she is doing it. She takes care of your car and you because she wants to see you back. She wants to see your happiness even in the darkest of times. She is always putting others above herself. She works extremely hard and yet she still has energy to go home and be a loving supportive mom to her kids. She brings warmth to Toyota, she replaces fear with hope, and she replaces defeat with victory just by being her true self. I keep trying to find something in this world I can compare her to and I think I found it. The sun. She brings life to so many people, she shines through even on cloudy days, she melts your heart with the care and compassion she has for everyone she meets. She’s not just a service manager, to me she is the sun. Thank you Shawna and with every sunrise and every sunset I know you are watching over me supporting me and giving me strength to fight to live. I had an appointment for service on the morning of April 6, 2024. While waiting, along with several other customers, we witnessed a salesperson named Kelvin Boatey angrily yell to himself at his desk. Mr. 6, 2024. While waiting, along with several other customers, we witnessed a salesperson named Kelvin Boatey angrily yell to himself at his desk. Mr. Boatey's office area is adjacent to an area where the customers of Corwin sit while they wait for their vehicles to be serviced. Mr. Boatey was angry at his supervisors and said that he deserved more money. He proceeded to use terribly explicit language right next to these customers, including a mother with three small children at a table. The mother moved her and her kids away while Mr. Boatey continued to talk to himself with filthy language. He even called his supervisor a f**ing d**k in front of al of us. When one of his coworkers came over to calm him down, he proceeded to continue with the explicit language. Then they both complained to one another, saying that the dealership makes $1,300 when they charge customers for the Lowjack service and the sales people only get $25 of that $1,300. I will not be returning to Corwin for either a purchase or service. More

Rob Barrera did a great job initiating the repairs with the service department. AJ Hassan communicated with me very effectively during the repair / replacement process. I would highly recommend the service department. Initially I had some problems with the sales department, but after some discussion the issues were resolved. Corwin stood behind their sale and corrected the problems I encountered. If you are looking for a dealership to stand behind their sales, then Corwin Toyota is your dealership. I would highly recommend them. More
Have been using them for a year and a half but today went in and got quoted for a couple of things that were “needed”. Power steering fluids exchange for $166.60. Thankfully found a friend that is mechanic savy and would help me out. Took it to him and he laughed asking who told me I needed power steering fluids. Come to find out my car has electric power steering and does not even have power steering fluids. I called the dealership and all they said was sorry that happened and that there are some good people in the dealership that have been there for a while. Who knows what that means. I do not trust this dealership if I ever go back I will not do anything they say until I have another person look at what they’re saying. More
