I drove 2 hrs down for a scheduled appt to fix the molding on my 2022 tundra. Part was ordered and ready to be installed. Waited two hours to be told that they weren’t going to perform the service bec molding on my 2022 tundra. Part was ordered and ready to be installed. Waited two hours to be told that they weren’t going to perform the service because the molding that was messed up was a characteristic of the vehicle after they had fixed the other side weeks prior. I paid 73k for my vehicle… I then drove two hours back… it was a waste of time and I will never buy another vehicle from them again. More

I have had issues the past 3 times I’ve taken my car here. The first issue was with my tire pressure light not turning off. They had my car for a while and told me the issue was fixed. When I came to pi here. The first issue was with my tire pressure light not turning off. They had my car for a while and told me the issue was fixed. When I came to pick up my car, the tire pressure light was still on. This was the only reason I brought my car here, so I’m not sure what they actually did or thought was fixed. The issue was the spare tire not having the correct pressure, so they had to fix that after they told me it was already fixed. The second issue was a separate visit for an oil change. After getting home, I noticed the oil was leaking from my Highlander. I had to take my car back to have it fixed, where they told me it was fixed and no longer leaking. After getting home, it was still leaking, so I had to take my car back for a third time to have it fixed. At this appointment, they also told me my cabin filter needed to be replaced. I opted to not replace it at that time. They also told me my brakes and tires were very close to needing to be replaced. I had purchased a 3-pack of oil changes, so I took my car back the next time I needed an oil change. At this appointment, they did a “safety inspection” on all things, and my tires, brakes, and cabin filter were all okay, despite me never fixing or replacing these. When I got home from my appointment, my oil was once again leaking. Very frustrating when the dealership is a 25 minute drive, and I leave my car for the day for maintenance. I should not have to go back every time I have an oil change for a leaking issue that is not an issue with my car, but the maintenance performed. I opted to find another dealer to fix it this time, because it is unreasonable to go back each time I have a service performed. The customer service is good, but I have received poor work every time I’ve taken my car here. Unfortunate, because we would rather go to a Toyota dealership close to us for service, but the service is not up to standard. More
