I just moved here from Connecticut and my dealership back home was not friendly or courteous and they overcharged for everything. I never brought my 4Runner there for service even though it was convenient from where I worked. The minute I walked into your dealership for some basic service, Scott made me feel very comfortable. I knew that this was going to be the place that I was going to bring my truck for as long as I live in Colorado. Scott was very helpful, didn't make me do a bunch of stuff that was unnecessary and kept me updated the entire time I was waiting. He was reasonable, he checked to see if things were covered under my warranty and he also made suggestions for my next visit of things I should have done. All in all it was a great experience and that will keep me coming back. Thank you, Scott! More

I took my 2009 Tacoma in for scheduled service on 16 Sep 2010. I had a requirement to get in and out pretty quickly, and was also informed I needed to get the recall work done for the gas pedal. Josh assured me he would do his best to meet my timeline, and get all the work done. I'm happy to say, he did. Ironically, my wife's appointment was cancelled, and I didn't have to be in so much of a hurry. During all of this... I ended up trading in my Tacoma for 2010 Tundra. I look forward to the same high level of service with my new vehicle, as I did with my previous one. As well, we have our 2010 Highlander serviced at Liberty, and I couldn't be happier.
