I always visit your dealership for my 2 Toyota cars service. I visited you yesterday, and this was the first time ever that one of your representatives took the time to really make sure that my wife an service. I visited you yesterday, and this was the first time ever that one of your representatives took the time to really make sure that my wife and I understood our service options, he showed us the 30,000 mile price tiers, asked us good questions to make sure we understood the service process, helped us save money, and because of those things we ended up buying 2 memberships for the 2 years service for both of my cars, I didn't like this membership as I have had issues with it before for not being well informed how it works , but the way he pitched it made is recover the lost confidence we had in this service.
