All of our repairs are right the first time or on the very rare time it isn't it is fixed as fast as possible and always right that time. Noah Sanchez always greets me with a smile and a handshake. He is very thorough about reviewing what it is on my car that will be serviced. He called me back with great news that the thermostat was functioning at the high end of normal; he also explained that there was still plenty of thickness on the rotors and that they only needed to be machined because they were warped (vivid vibrating found on the test drive. One of the many things about Noah is that he is always looking for ways to save me money, if at all possible, without affecting the quality of service delivered or the excellent repair/maintenance results on my car. The diagnostic charge wasn't necessary on the thermostat, he explained, because no problem was found. The rotors didn't need replacing, which saved even more money. Though, prior to knowing the rotors only needed to be machined, he did quote me the original parts price as well as the after market price for rotors, which was valuable information. The mechanic found a clamp missing on the bellows for my rack and pinion and that the parking brake needed to be adjusted. Noah did an excellent job of explaining those things to me and the benefit and cost associated with doing those things. I completely understood, before I drove my car home, not only the issues I brought in to be serviced, but, the extra things that were found needing service as well. I have never been to a Toyota dealership that took such time, detail and care in helping me understand the work being done to my vehicle. I cannot tell you how valuable that is to me as a customer. I leave not only feeling confident about the work that was done on my car, but, I don't have to "second guess" what I've been told or wonder if everything was so thoroughly inspected. This dealership actually does the 21 point inspection. They don't just say they did and mark the paper and staple it to the invoice. Noah actually even goes through with what was found during the 21 point inspection step by step. That kind of customer service inspires confidence and loyalty, which I have in doing business with this dealership, Noah and whomever the mechanics are doing the job on my car. So, thank you Noah, the great mechanics and Larry H. Miller Toyota dealership. I am a loyal customer because I am treated like a valued customer and for all the reasons mentioned above. More
I was happy, I brought in the email coupon one was for a 30.00-40.00 oil change, or 10% off of service. I must have miss read the oil change coupon because I was told it said no hybrid oil change, but Terra 30.00-40.00 oil change, or 10% off of service. Which made me happy, (I hope he doesn't get in trouble for this review But I was very pleased with my discount) I would also like to state I am soooo sorry for my messy hybrid, I love/live in it to much. There was a issue when I bought the vehicle and I had to return to the dealership 3 times to resign papers. Subsequently the oil changes were not listed in the computer. On this visit in order to get this accomplished it took several hours for just and oil change and to straighten out your paperwork again. The employees were helpful and did there best to help me. I asked Noah to call me when he found out when this was put in the computer. As of 021813 I have not heard from him and do not know if the oil changes or my service plan is in the computer. The best kind of visit is that which required no effort on my part. We scheduled our appointment over the phone. I appeared at the appointed time. Mr. Haines met me in the service bay, already knew what on my part. We scheduled our appointment over the phone. I appeared at the appointed time. Later in the day, I received a phone call from Mr. Haines giving me a "heads up" on a single small issue that I will address later, and notice that the truck could be picked up at any time. When I arrived some time later, he remembered who I was, had my billing ready, and my 4Runner was waiting for me, in the service bay, clean as a new penny. Again, no effort on my part and my 4Runner is still running as though it were new. More
During a previous visit, several things were done but one item was somehow overlooked. I brought the 4Runner back to have this taken care of and specifically asked for Paul Reed. When we bought the 2002 4Runner three months ago, Mr. Reed went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and this was not forgotten. I don't know anyone that enjoys bringing their vehicle in for service, especially in a bad economy when money is tighter than normal but, Paul made this visit enjoyable. Anytime a customer can leave the dealership with the problem corrected AND laughing, it was a very good experience. Paul got the vehicle in and out sooner than expected and, instead of just handing us the keys and saying the usual "have a good day," he took us to our 4Runner to make sure everything was in order. On the way to our vehicle, another customer was wanting to give him a hug. I'd say he is doing everything right and is an obvious asset to this dealership! More
I had made an appointment to have two recall notices performed on my 2007 RAV4. However, being new to the area I didn't realize there were two Larry H Miller Toyota's. I drove to the facility off of Tej performed on my 2007 RAV4. However, being new to the area I didn't realize there were two Larry H Miller Toyota's. I drove to the facility off of Tejon and arrived at the allotted time. I was told I wasn't in their schedule but could be accommodated. They indicated there was another Larry H Miller Toyota on the North side. I asked how long it would be and was told 2-3 hours. I asked for a ride to Monument but was told they didn't go there. Person I spoke with was accommodating but not overly friendly. I made the decision to drive to the North facility, and, even though I was late for my appointment Noah was most friendly and said 'no problem'. I asked that along with the two recall notices that they reattach the under-hood insulator. After inquiring about a ride home I was told they drive customers all over Colorado Springs and that driving me to Monument was a common occurrence. I only had to wait a little amount of time for my ride home. While service was being performed they called to let me know that the transmission pan was leaking and asked if they could go ahead and repair it. I informed them that I had recently had the transmission serviced at another facility and would take it back there for repairs. I had not known of this issue and would not until maybe some issue arose with the transmission Proactive response on their part. After being notified that my vehicle was ready I arranged for a ride back to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to find the there was no charge for reattaching the under-hood insulator.
