I initially went in for an oil change without an appointment, knowing I needed to schedule an appointment for some alignment repair which required a few hours worth of work. When I talked to my Ser appointment, knowing I needed to schedule an appointment for some alignment repair which required a few hours worth of work. When I talked to my Service Advisor, I mentioned some other noises I had been hearing. He gave me a time estimate for the oil change and analysis of the noise, which was just about spot on. After they performed my oil change and the noise analysis, we talked about the other noises and the part I needed for my alignment. Then he immediately offered to get me a rental car and just fix it right now. This was a great convenience to me, so I had them fix it while I used the shuttle service they offer which had me home in about 10 min, and it picked me up within about 10 min of my car being ready. My car was fixed with no issues and on time once again. More

Since the work on my truck required several hours, the friendly service advisor arranged a loaner vehicle for my use. Moreover, the quality of the work was excellent. Not only did Liberty immediately replace a faulty part that was under warranty, the mechanic power-washed the entire vehicle (body and engine) so the truck looked like it was fresh off the lot when I picked it up. I highly recommend the Liberty team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I've never had to take it back for a "repeat" on any work they have done. They are professional, prompt, know their stuff. Their facilities are first class! Their fresh bagels in the morning and fresh popcorn in the afternoon, with free water and coffee available at all time, just adds to their appeal! They not only bend over backwards to please but do "backflips" to make sure your time is maximized as well as your satisfaction guaranteed. Their shuttle service to/from work and/or home is a feature I can't live with out. Their drivers are the best!! I honestly can't recommend them highly enough! Liz L. More
