Putting a car in the hands of people don't know can be really frustrating. As soon as I pulled into Larry H. Miller I was greeted with friendly smiles from everyone! The main person who helped me was named Preston Stewart he came over to help me and it was really nice to see that he knew exactly what he was doing. He had a friendly Can Do attitude and kept me up to date with what was happening with my car while it was being serviced! HANDS DOWN it was the BEST experience I have had a car service center! I will keep coming back too!! More

I made an appiontment to have some work done to my Tacoma. All services were rendered on as origonally contracted even with the additional work performed. Being self employed, my time is very valuable and I feel Liberty Toyota took care of my needs without wasting my time which I can't say of other dealerships in Colorado Springs. My girlfriend uses Liberty Toyota and has had good dealings as well. Overall I feel my needs were met and I don't feel ripped off I WILL return for morew services. More
Your Service Center was prompt, courteous, and friendly when I arrived after making my online appointment. The staff, even people walking by as I sat in the waiting room, smiled and spoke. However, I was most positively impressed that, after one of the service people sneezed (twice), one of her co-workers said, "God bless you." I LIKE that your employees are neither censored nor censured for such a display of respect, and I am pleased that they work in an environment that does not discourage or preclude it. More
Todd immediately greeted me and started the paperwork for the 5K checkup. He had someone check the windshield glass for nicks and them told me it would be ready in 30 minutes or less. He called in less than 30 minutes that it was ready. The checkout was great - Todd told me what they found and them welcomed me back for anything else I needed for my car. I have never had such a pleasant experience. More

I've dealt with Paul Reed off and on for many years. Paul is friendly, great at his job and extremely helpful. I don't even mind waiting at the dealership for my car since the waiting area is comfortable and welcoming and they time the appointments so they are working on your car as soon as you take it in. Subsequently, you wait the minimum amount of time it takes to get the job done. More
Mike "Scott" Tormollan is AWESOME at his job in the service department. Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle he get's me in right away and the problem fixed. Check engine light came on with VSC at 152,000 miles - loose vacumn hose was re-attached. I payed $900 for a total servicing on my Toyota Highlander at that time. Then 18,000 miles later the check eng loose vacumn hose was re-attached. I payed $900 for a total servicing on my Toyota Highlander at that time. Then 18,000 miles later the check engine light and VSC light came on again. Upon checking, the same hose came loose again....original fix was not done in a way that would prevent it from happening again. I was told that I needed to pay $110 for tec to use computer to verify this and re-set the lights. Preston was helpful in getting the vacumn hose replaced and a new clamp installed at no additional change to me so that this will hopefully not happen again. This should have been done the first time. Preston was helpful: keeping me informed of the work being done, explaining the problem, and coming up with the proper fix at no extra charge, but he was not able to credit me the regular $110 fee.
