I had just arrived from AZ and was looking for some place I could get my truck serviced. Service engine light was on for an oil change and I was concerned about the manual shift not working smoothly. Noah assisted me with my service and followed through with all my concerns by providing me a complete list of items that would correct my concerns. Some service was more expensive than I thought it should be but your dealership honored the coupons I printed from the Toyota website. I really appreciated that Noah offered the Oil Change package for $75 and the solutions he offered to balance what I could afford and what needed to be serviced. I agreed to all the recommendations and I am very pleased with the results. Because of the service I received from start to finish and peace of mind that everything has been identified and corrected, I know I will continue to use your dealership when I have my Toyota Tacoma serviced. On Saturday December 7th, 2013 I called Paul in a PANICK, I was driving my 4-runner1998, and the truck would not advance, instead it would go sideways (on the Icy road), he told me he thought he knew what it I was driving my 4-runner1998, and the truck would not advance, instead it would go sideways (on the Icy road), he told me he thought he knew what it was (the brakes) and if it was what he thought it could be fixed, meanwhile some friends were telling me maybe I should start thinking of the possibility of needing to buy a new car ( which I can not afford at the moment). However Paul called me and said my truck could be ready that Monday dec 9th! Paul is a person of integrity, honest, friendly, treat the customers with respect, someone you can completely trust when he tells you, your car need something done!! And you can be assured that your car is fixed, and is done right!! More
When I arrived for my appointment, I was able to drive right in and was greeted nicely. Scott explained all that was on my receipt sheets that listed the work that had been done for the 45,000 mile checkup. We made arrangement for the next checkup. About one week later, my car would not start. The service department sent out a technician to jump start my car and then received me into the service department right away. Since I had another appointment, Scott phoned me to explain that the battery needed to be replaced. My car was ready after my appointment and the price was what I was quoted. More
Very good experience with Liberty Toyota service department. Autumn Surbeck was the service adviser. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Service appear to have been done exactly right and on time; no issues there. Everyone was very friendly. Cost for timing belt and some other 90K mile work was actually below the independent service estimates I had obtained. So, the lesson learned for me was the dealerships are NOT always more expensive. Great experience overall. More

I purchased my Tundra from Ken Ruggera 2 years ago and he and the entire service team has made sure I get the service I need quickly and professionally. My Tundra has only needed oil changes but they always and the entire service team has made sure I get the service I need quickly and professionally. My Tundra has only needed oil changes but they always take the time to check everything on my vehicle and if any fluids need topped off, like the washer fluid, they do it without charge. I also get a clean vehicle back when they are finished. This dealership starts with great customer service when selecting a vehicle, best pricing, and great service after the sale. I have been to their dealerships in both Colorado and Arizona and believe the culture of this company is at the pinnacle of sales and customer service. More
