Had a tonneau cover installation scheduled alongside my 5k service appointment. The car was at the dealership from noon to 5:30pm. The paperwork and the responses were good, efficient but I have the salesman show me stuff on the car and he was wrong. He doesn't know this car. So now there's a lot of things I don't know how to do and yo I have the salesman show me stuff on the car and he was wrong. He doesn't know this car. I wish he could have answered my questions correctly. And I would have rather had a different color interior but he didn't tell me that the one I want even exist. So he did not give me good information. Just cuz my experience was like this doesn't mean others people's will be it really was the salesman that was my problem. And I didn't realize it was a problem until I had a car and then I realized it was a problem. And then someone else told me there's a better interior. I might have to pay to have my interior changed because I can't see with the black. If he had told me all my choices I would have had something different in the first place. More
