Took my 21 Highlander in for strut replacement. When dropping it off they said they could complete it same day. It is a 3-4 hr job other places including alignment. After about 3 hrs Adam said they could not do it same day and would need it overnight. My schedule is was tight that day and that would not work. I told him I needed my car back as I couldn't work around the inconvenience. I had to pay $100 for "diagnostic" which is nothing more than looking at the strut and seeing the leaking oil. I took the car elsewhere and got it done in much less time. The $100 charge was totally unnecessary, and because of that I will not go back to Corwin for any work unless absolutely necessary. More

They took care of me in the end. All is forgiven. When I picked up my 2018 Sequoia, the 4Lo light was flashing but it was in 2-wheel-drive. The windshield was also cracked and the All is forgiven. When I picked up my 2018 Sequoia, the 4Lo light was flashing but it was in 2-wheel-drive. The windshield was also cracked and they had said they would fix this as they "take care of things safety related". Turns out the 4-wheel-drive issue was a failed transfer case actuator, an expensive repair. Sales initially told me they would not cover this repair, but the repair department went to bat for me stating they documented the issue before I picked up the car. It's 1 and1/2 months later and I picked up my Sequoia last night. The 4WD system and windshield were just fixed. What a relief! More
