I found a screw in the tire tread on our SUV After I noticed a screw in one of my tires, I went right over to Liberty Toyota to have them take a look at it. 190K Routine Maintenance The best part of working with Billy is I never feel like I'm getting upsold. That definitely builds a level of trust between customer and dealership. When I think back to other places I have had service it always seemed like the multi-point inspection found "something" to drive up the price. I trust that if something was wrong Billy would be honest about how to proceed and if not I could leave in under an hour without paying a dime (under the prepaid plan).
