UNORGANIZED This is the most unorganized business I have ever seen. Both during the buying process, and at service 1 year later. When I bought my truck we had to go back 4 times to sign paperwork they forgot to have us sign. The fifth time they called I made them come to me. Now 1 year later I took it in for service, and to fix two recalls. Once again they failed to have me sign something, they act like it’s on me to come sign it. NOPE, you can bring it to me! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! More

WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED GARY HAINES IS ABOUT THE BIGGEST CROOK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AT ANY SERVICE PLACE. HE DID WORK I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR IT. IT T GARY HAINES IS ABOUT THE BIGGEST CROOK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AT ANY SERVICE PLACE. HE DID WORK I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR IT. IT TOOK OVER 4 HOURS TO GET A BASIC OIL CHANGE DONE AT THAT LOCATION, AND THEN TO FIND OUT THEY REPLACED THE AIR FILTERS WICH WAS JUST REPLACED LAST WEEK WITH TOYOTA PARTS TO SAVE SOME $. THEY DIDNT EVEN FINISH THE INSPECTION TO GO OVER AND ALLOWS ME TO EVALUATE WHERE MY BRAKES AND TIRES WERE AT. THEY DIDNT TOP OFF FLUIDS NOR DID THEY ROTATE THE TIRES I ASKED THEM TOO BECUASE I MARKED THE TIRES BEFORE GOING IN AS I ALWAYS DO JUST TO VERIFY THEY ARE DOING WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE GARY GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE LIKE IM DOING HIM AN INJUSTICE. I THINK ILL TAKE MY BUISINESS ELSE WHERE. More

If the work is performed in a less amount of time same thing she calls/texts you to let you know. I greatly appreciate the communication so that when I drop off one of our two LHM Toyota's, I'm not left wondering what is going on with our vehicles. When I pickup one of our vehicles she makes sure no matter how mundane that the work is explained. If there is something she doesn't know, she finds out and gets back to me and doesn't give me some convoluted explanation of how it should be without having the information . I thought well maybe it is me but I watched her interact with a customer last week, and she did the same thing with that customer. I would hate to see her promoted because I would lose a great service rep but she is definitely someone that should get a raise or promotion. Thank you. More
