Service Tech Brien was very helpful changing the Audioscreen,so tom take the phones off the answering mode. I no longer needed them hooked up because of bluecoat hearing aids. Service center, particularly Kodee, redeemed the awful performance of the Sales department. They fixed the screwups caused by the world's worst sales person, Jim Johring, apologized for his incompetence, performance of the Sales department. I was determined to never do business with Corwin again, but Kodee's professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and follow through was perfect.
