The interaction with Chris Fitch was pleasant & positive. However, I rate the overall experience as 2-stars for the same reason I rate all dealers at that level. Specifically, I was given a "free" assessment of items that needed to be done at a cost of over $1600 to include some highlighted in red. I know for a fact that none of those items were needed, or even listed in the owner's maintenance manual, because they had already been done or not required by the manufacturer. I closely follow all my vehicles' maintenance requirements, some of which I do myself. The only time I will use a dealership is when a recall is issued, the reason I has to set up this appointment. Very disappointed that they didn't alignment but did not properly align the steering wheel. Obviously I didn't know until I got on the highway coming home and since I live in Palmer lake it's tough to get b properly align the steering wheel. Service dept seems a bit overwhelmed and prone to mistakes. Previous appointment mechanic reported I needed rear brakes replaced. However, i had just had them replaced. This time the mechanic corr mistakes. Previous appointment mechanic reported I needed rear brakes replaced. However, i had just had them replaced. This time the mechanic correctly reported that the front brakes needed replacement but also reported the rear pads were at 4mm and should be considered for replacement. Sorry -- the rear pads only have 10k miles and are at 7mm. I discussed these "mistakes" with Marcus and how I am a bit suspect on any diagnosis or recommended repair work. Marcus seemed a bit annoyed that I would be questioning any of this. More
