Service center was dismissive of my issue from drop off to pick up. They didn’t bother to even start looking at it until I came back for it 6 hours later (so it sat there for 6 hours without anyone looking to pick up. They didn’t bother to even start looking at it until I came back for it 6 hours later (so it sat there for 6 hours without anyone looking at it) even though I had an appointment. The evaluation was lazy, and again, dismissive. I was lied to when I asked about whether they looked at it the way I asked them to. Combine this with the fact that this service department has already scratched my truck previously and I’m very disappointed. I called to speak to a service manager 3 times and left 2 voicemails but have yet to receive a call back. More

Adam goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of fairly, expediently, and professionally. During a recent visit, Adam had at least twelve of his own service customers/cases he was mana taken care of fairly, expediently, and professionally. During a recent visit, Adam had at least twelve of his own service customers/cases he was managing, but when other customers came in looking for a colleague who was not there, Adam took care of them like it was no big deal even though he had a lot going on himself.
