This is my first car buying experience, so naturally I was leery of going into dealerships. My sales experience began with meeting Gil. I had narrowed my search down to a Toyota Tacoma, so Gil showed us was leery of going into dealerships. My sales experience began with meeting Gil. I had narrowed my search down to a Toyota Tacoma, so Gil showed us around the lot. During the process (including a test drive of the Tacoma), we saw a 2012 FJ Cruiser. I had ruled out SUVs early in my car search, but this FJ Cruiser was just striking and caught our eye. Gil was knowledgeable about both vehicles and highlighted the features. We took the FJ Cruiser for a test ride, and we were in love with it. Gil was patient throughout the process and did not pressure us. Nic'les was great in walking us through the options and accessories of the FJ Cruiser. He was enthusiastic but also made me more confident about my purchase(s). After working with him, I had the FJ Cruiser lined up exactly as I wanted. Again, being a first car buying experience, I was further leery of sitting down with the finance person. I had been told that was exactly the place (in any car buying experience) you didn't want to let your guard down to back end sales pitches. I was fortunate, though, to work with Jeff. He was courteous, thorough, and professional. Again, I didn't feel pressured. Just as with Nic'les, he made me even more confident about my purchase. Liberty Toyota is supportive of the troops and I look forward to a continued relationship with the dealership and its staff. More
I have giving a non-perfect rating because there are few things that have yet to be completed. I am supposed to be getting floor mats and window tinting. Also, there was question/concern about the cost of things that have yet to be completed. I am supposed to be getting floor mats and window tinting. Also, there was question/concern about the cost of the window tint. We were supposed to go half and half (me and Liberty Toyota) for the cost. However, when I had Jeff go over the details of the amount I financed, I noticed I was charged the whole amount ($149) for the window tint. He said he would talk to Nathan about it. I have yet to hear back regarding any of these items. More

I purchased my 2001 Tundra at Liberty Toyota when it was located on Academy Blvd. My disappointment with this dealership began only hours after the deal was closed. I purchased for cash, so had few option located on Academy Blvd. My disappointment with this dealership began only hours after the deal was closed. I purchased for cash, so had few options at that point. I did continue to have my truck serviced at this location for approximately two years. One bad experience led to another and, therefore, I discontinued going to this dealership for service. In fact, I stayed away for the past eight years. on March 29, 2011 I stopped by the new location located near Woodmen and Powers Blvd. I was due a 90,000 mile service so I came to the service desk to see if things might have changed. I was greeted by a Service Advisor, Mike Mcgee. He took the time to not only greet me, but to thoroughly explain what service my truck was in need of at this point in time. I proceeded to have many items of service performed (timing belt, water pump, front brakes, engine tune to include plugs, etc,etc.) The "check engine light" was illuminated and that also needed attention. Once again, Mike McGee carefully explained an oxygen sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced. All of these services were provided over a two day period and I was completely satisfied with the results. I again had occasion to bring my truck in for service on Sept 21, 2011. Among other items of service, the "check engine light" was once again illuminated. And again, Mike McGee explained in detail the possible cause and associated remedies. The work was accomplished and again, I left this dealership profoundly satisfied. I rated all five areas GREAT (5) because everything was fantastic. I must point out that this exemplary service was attributable to my Service Advisor, MIKE MCGEE. More
