It's what I have come to expect from Toyota and i'm sure LHM goes beyond Toyota's guide lines, as I have had experience with other Toyota dealers around the country (always a very positive experience but none compare to LHM ). Although Sanders took very good care of us service wise and we were only there for recall work, you all need to get your labor prices down CONSIDERABLY for service related work. Sanders quoted me for two items my vehicle needs and the quote for the work for you vs. Brakes Plus was 3 times more for a brake flush and $290 more for a timing chain replacement!! Secondly, I was NEVER notified about the major recall on my 2003 Toyota Avalon regarding the steering lock problem. I found out accidently ONLY because Sanders took the initiative to look that up on his own. I then got on the Internet using Google News and found out that recall was out since July!! If this is a communication problem between your office and corporate then you need to fix that IMMEDIATELY because this was a potential SERIOUS SAFETY issue!! More

Cindy and Pam are world class. Very clean store with great work areas and great ski lodge setting. My new Rav4 Limited was clean and had full tank of fuel when promised.
