I had a great experience, purchasing my Tundra. Everyone was friendly, professional, and courteous. They didn't waste endless time on the negotiation process. The deal was phenomenal. I have already recommended my salesperson, and Liberty to several folks that may be in the market for a new vehicle. From the salesperson, to the sales manager, to the financial specialist, it was great. This is my 3rd vehicle from Liberty, and that speaks volumes as to my impression of your dealership. I'm very highly satisfied. On a somewhat related topic, I've had several dealings with the service department, and am quite happy with them as well. I look forward to the continued business relationship. Thanks again! More
I took my 2009 Tacoma in for scheduled service on 16 Sep 2010. I had a requirement to get in and out pretty quickly, and was also informed I needed to get the recall work done for the gas pedal. Josh assu 2010. I had a requirement to get in and out pretty quickly, and was also informed I needed to get the recall work done for the gas pedal. Josh assured me he would do his best to meet my timeline, and get all the work done. I'm happy to say, he did. Ironically, my wife's appointment was cancelled, and I didn't have to be in so much of a hurry. During all of this... I ended up trading in my Tacoma for 2010 Tundra. I look forward to the same high level of service with my new vehicle, as I did with my previous one. As well, we have our 2010 Highlander serviced at Liberty, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great service! More
Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They let me take the car on an extended test drive when I wasn't quite sure if the car was big enough for me. This dealer provided me with everything that I needed however while my sales representative was personable the rest of the staff seemed to walk around mad or with a chip on their shoulder making it a unc however while my sales representative was personable the rest of the staff seemed to walk around mad or with a chip on their shoulder making it a uncomfortable place to to business in. In additional the building could use a make over, it was a little run down. More
I made the difficult decision to trade my beloved Jeep Wrangler in for the new 2010 Toyota 4Runner. I requested quotes through USAA's car buying services, which promises $300 over invoice as a member bene Wrangler in for the new 2010 Toyota 4Runner. I requested quotes through USAA's car buying services, which promises $300 over invoice as a member benefit. The finance manager admitted he did not want to honor the discount but stated he had no choice. The sticker price of the Toyota we were considering was $35,500. With the USAA discount, the price SHOULD have been approximately $32,000. The salesperson, Everette, managed to hike the price BACK up to $36,600! Even with a trade in that would only add $1000 to the price, there is no way the taxes and fees should add up to over $3000. When I asked if we could have a copy of the numbers so that we could take them home and discuss the possibility of going ahead with the purchase, Everette claimed Toyota policy prevents them from letting us walk out with the quotes on paper. This is absolutely not true. There is nothing to stop them from letting you take the quotes home to mull over your decision. We took our business elsewhere and I suggest you do as well. By the way, the second dealership gave me $500 OVER the trade in value for my Wrangler (Vicki Beard, Toyota of Colorado Springs on Motor City Dr.). I am now a happy owner of a VERY reasonably priced Toyota 4Runner and I would not ever purchase from Liberty Toyota. Sorry guys, but your greed lost you my sale and my recommendation to future Toyota owners. More
STAY AWAY FROM LIBERTY TOYOTA they will screw you over!!! I gave them a price i needed to stay in they kept pushing. My Mom offered to Co-sign. My mom agreed to just co-sign after 4 trips back to Liberty I gave them a price i needed to stay in they kept pushing. My Mom offered to Co-sign. My mom agreed to just co-sign after 4 trips back to Liberty Toyota there Finance Department my name was totally removed, Intrest rate raised 4% & $150 more a month than originaly quoted. they promised us 10yr/100,000 mile Warrenty we ended up with 5yr/60,000 mile from Mfr. Then to top it all off I had to go to the DMV to get 2 extentions on my temp tags due to them Failing to notify us that the original owners Finance Company lost the title and after 3 months they still don't have the Title to file with the state. needless to say I am majorly PO'ed. NEVER EVER am I going to go there again. More
This was the best buying experience I have ever experienced. I was treated with respect and was given a fair trade in value. I shopped 3 other dealerships and got the best price up front from Lib experienced. I was treated with respect and was given a fair trade in value. An excellent experience with the Internet Sales Manager, The Sale Manger, and Finance Department staff. The knowledge and technical savvy of the personnel was great. They were a very professional team The Sale Manger, and Finance Department staff. The knowledge and technical savvy of the personnel was great. They were a very professional team who gave me a good deal on the price and with the financing. The new location has a great visitors section which offers beverages, snacks, TV, magazines and is tastefully decorated and thought out. A fine place to do business and will go back again, will recommend to others ! More
As I was beginning my search for a new SUV my daughter and I went to Liberty Toyota to test drive and find out about the Highlander or a 4Runner. In the thirty minutes we were in the dealership we were pa and I went to Liberty Toyota to test drive and find out about the Highlander or a 4Runner. In the thirty minutes we were in the dealership we were passed off to four salesmen who didn't show us or seem to have any interest if giving us information about those cars. One man showed us used SUV's but didn't have keys, Fifteen minutes later another man came with keys but didn't know about the cars or when or if they would be getting new ones. We left when the fourth man came and still no information to help us. I am sure I will not be interested in a Toyota and will tell anyone who asks about my experience with this dealership. More
t is always funny how when you are looking to buy something these sales teams are just so wonderful and eager to get your buisness. However, in the case of Liberty Toyota, the sales person lied about something these sales teams are just so wonderful and eager to get your buisness. However, in the case of Liberty Toyota, the sales person lied about the towing capabilites of a Rav4 just to get the deal. We put down a large deposit and found out the next day after looking at the spec of the SUV it can't tow the smallest of campers despite the sales guys say it will tow just about any camper. We canceled the very next day and now they are refusing to return the deposit (multiple thousands) and went from kind and freindly to stiff and apathetic. It really is a horrible situation and one that we cannot beleive we are in. Personally I can understand maybe a couple hundred dollars of wasted administrative, but they are keeping the several thousand dollar deposit which is in my mind close to theft as one can get. They just don't care and cannot justify why they are keeping the deposit. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN, WILL NEVER BUY A TOYOTA and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. At 40+ years old this is one of the worst buisness engagements I have ever witnessed in my life- they are just plain, lying aggressive sales people. If you want a Toyota I would encourage your to purchase elsewhere. More
