Heather really listened to the needs that I (Chris Peterson) had in a new vehicle. She took a lot of time allowing me to drive the vehicles in a variety of settings (surface streets, main arteries, a Peterson) had in a new vehicle. Heather pointed out and demonstated each feature of the Highlander. She actually showed us under the hood (this hadn't happened in a long time!). Heather was very professional without being high pressured or hurried. We really appreciate this approach when purchasing a vehicle...give us the facts and let us make a well informed decision. We have dealt with Liberty Toyota for years and, of course, they will continue to be our dealership of choice. This was my 200,000 mile maintenance work and check-up. I brought the Tundra in before 8AM and had the truck back by 5PM -- just like Gary said. Brought Sienna into have oil leak fixed, from service completed two days prior. Prices have been much higher since the move from the Academy shop to the New Car Drive location. Service writer was Joey Culbertson, he was very good and insured that issues were resolved. It was a great experience from the moment that I arrived. There was someone there to greet you and point you in the right direction. Mike Mcgee came out asked for my paperwork on what needed to be done (I re There was someone there to greet you and point you in the right direction. Mike Mcgee came out asked for my paperwork on what needed to be done (I received a recall notice for the steering block on my '03 Avalon). He did a walkover of my vehicle and checked various areas. He let me know that it was time to change my transmission fluid. He showed me the fluid rod and explained to me what to look for to determine when a change is necessary. He then let me know how long it may take to check the steering block. He gave me the worst case scenario, 3 hours and explained to me that the disassembling and reassembling could be a problem in some cases. I prepared myself for the wait as he directed me to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. I got some coffee (free) and settled in. After two hours Mr. Mcgee called my name to let me know that my vehicle was ready. He let me know that everything was fine with my vehicle. Mr. Mcgee was very friendly, courteous and professional. Just before I left Mr. Mcgee gave me an estimate on what it would cost to flush and change the transmission fluid. I signed the necessary paperwork and he gave me copies to show me what work was done. Mr. Mcgee then escorted me to my vehicle and I left. Thanks. Mike Battle More
