We live in Castle Rock, CO. We planned to have our 2007 4-Runner serviced in the Denver area but our son who lives in Woodland Park suggested we take our 4-Runner to the Liberty Dealership--you folks. We contacted out USAA car purchase representative provided us your USAA point of contacts...one being a Ms. Lisa Neighbors. We met with Lisa and she worked with me in finding that 'right' 4 Runner for our needs. Lisa was absolutely Excellent, no, she was SUPERB in her help! She went above and beyond and I really appreciated her patience with me and my husband answering the many questions we had. Lisa's explanations of the 2011 4-Runner features were thorough and she explained them in ways I could comprehend them. I had a nail stuck in my tire and was able to come in to the service department on very short notice. The employee that helped me was Fred Olsen. I would like to give kudos to the guys who sold me my Rav4, there was no high pressure sales, they worked really hard to get me into a vechical that I would l keep for a long time.
