I wanted to let you know that when I got in my van and started driving, I was impressed right away! I said "Wow" the steering wheel drives so somoothly and there is no noise. I could tell right away the difference. So far there is no change and I hope that power steering flush took care of the problem, at least for a good while. I was very satisfied with the service department, but not with the sales and finance department. The sales department was very very slow. In addition the finance department did not do a good job. I have a ca with the sales and finance department. The sales department was very very slow. In addition the finance department did not do a good job. I have a camry which requires synthetic oil. When I closed on my car, they recommended that I purchase their service plan. I gladly did only to find out that I was sold a service plan for regular oil and have to pay the difference for synthetic oil every time. I was quite disappointed, and met with the finance department to help correct the mistake. They were nice and seemed to help and infact said they would call me the next day with the new information. It has now been three days and no call. They were happy to get my money, but now seem to be very unhelpful. I would use the service department again, but would question ever using the sales and finance department in the future. More

Since I was scheduled to have work that was recommended when I was there the previous week (I did not have the time to stay the previous we arrived.
