I just moved here from Connecticut and my dealership back home was not friendly or courteous and they overcharged for everything. I knew that this was going to be the place that I was going to bring my truck for as long as I live in Colorado. Scott was very helpful, didn't make me do a bunch of stuff that was unnecessary and kept me updated the entire time I was waiting. He was reasonable, he checked to see if things were covered under my warranty and he also made suggestions for my next visit of things I should have done.
