Secondly, I was NEVER notified about the major recall on my 2003 Toyota Avalon regarding the steering lock problem. I found out accidently ONLY because Sanders took the initiative to look that up on his own. I then got on the Internet using Google News and found out that recall was out since July!! If this is a communication problem between your office and corporate then you need to fix that IMMEDIATELY because this was a potential SERIOUS SAFETY issue!! More

He met us at the dealership when we were ready and addressed all our needs and questions in a very professional manner.
