My least favorite was Finance; even though I understand Jeff was doing his job, I felt a bit pressured to get the extended warranty, which I did not get; I might, or not, regret that; just could not afford it. I have the ultimate trust in what he tells me needs to be done to my car, starting with the '86 Celica up to and including my '01 Sol over 16 years.
