We brought the car in to Liberty and right away Francis took care of us. The car needed to be checked out and have different things replaced several times to finally get to the root problem. All along the way, Francis was great and kept us updated. Eventually, when our business needed more attention than normal, the people at Liberty Toyota even came to pick up the car and return it when it was finished. That’s service at it’s best.
