Came looking for help and got taken advantage of. I am so disgusted with this dealership. My husband and I came to them looking for help because we filed bankruptcy. We cried to them about our financial problems and told them that we had been screwed over before by dealerships. We had to file bankruptcy because our son's medical expenses were so much we couldn't get ahead. We are a family of 6 and we were barely making enough to pay our mortgage payment along with all of life's other financial requirements. Mike Harrington promised he would take care of us and get us the best deal and payment that we could afford. At first he tried to put us into a 2012 Nissan Armada with an almost 750$ a month payment. When we went in to sign the papers I cried to him saying we couldn't afford that. He didn't have anything else to seat 6 or anything in our pricerange so we had to settle for a 2 Toyota Camry's. Come to find out after trusting him we are 10,000$ upside down on the car just one of them and 5,000 on the other and we already filed our case. They took advantage of our situation knowing we couldn't file bankruptcy for another 7 years. Now I have to give the car back to the financial company which means I will be out of a car with a sick child who has doctors appointments all over Colorado. DO NOT GO HERE AFTER FILING BANKRUPTCY, YOU WILL NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF. More

I made the service appointment for our 2013 Toyota Sienna on the Larry H Miller Liberty Toyota web site from the comfort of my my easy chair at home. The web site is easy to navigate. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted (as always), our car was prepped, and our service advisor, Paul Reed, was on his way to meet us. In addition to an oil change we requested that a damaged tire pressure measurement sensor be replaced. Instead of replacing the sensor, maintenance repaired it which saved us a lot of $$$. Paul called us a short time later with the money saving news and said our car was done and could be picked up any time.
