She knows how to devote full attention to the person she is serving, listens intently, makes sure she understands her customer's needs and then makes sure her customer is totally satisfied before letting them drive off the lot. I have found that to be true for another service writer named Fred Olson. I have worked with him for many hears and he has always served us with great care and concern for our needs.
