I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I had to after the experience that I had with Jana. My husband and I came in looking for a Grand Highlander Hybrid and I had no idea that they were so hard to after the experience that I had with Jana. My husband and I came in looking for a Grand Highlander Hybrid and I had no idea that they were so hard to come by. We drove a gas model and loved the features that it had, so after asking for hybrid options, she found us the only one that they had coming in and we were able to reserve it in our name. We are looking forward to its arrival and are thankful for Jana's help in our Grand Highlander Hybrid hunt! More
