It has only 55000 miles and still has an extended warranty so we were hopeful that it would be quick and painless. Unfortunately it was a difficult fault requiring help from Toyota. The fault ended up being caused by a chain we had hanging from our rear view mirror that worked its way inside the mirror. We were at fault but they were still great. Billy and the service team, Justin in particular, were great through it all. They got us a rental after multiple days and were extremely fair on their pricing. Our experience with Billy and the service team has been so great that we’ve decided to buy our next car at Larry H Miller Liberty Toyota. More
